How is the journey towards a healthier lifestyle like with?

“Your health journey with My Food Karmaa is designed to be a personalized, holistic approach to wellness led by Divya Magnani, a registered nutritionist and dietician, who is now also a part of the WHO Fides globally recognized chain of Health Experts The program starts with an in-depth consultation to understand your unique health and fitness goals, as well as any dietary restrictions or medical conditions. Based on this assessment, Divya and her team will create a customized meal plan and exercise routine tailored specifically for you.

How do I make the payment?

Please click on the ‘Sign Up’ button on this page, to see the modes of payment accepted by us. Clients can pay online (GooglePay or PayTM), or via cheque / DD, or bank transfer. Please note that we do not accept payment via cash.

Is there any couple / family discount?

The couple and family plans are already discounted.

Nutrition

I travel a lot. How would that be accommodated?

Most of our clients have travel as an essential part of their jobs. The diet plan will be designed keeping in tune with the lifestyle and job requirements you might have. You will be educated on how to plan meals while traveling and assisted with choosing best options when you are in a new country/ city.

I work in different shifts, so will the plan account for that?

We will design an eating pattern that fits into your work schedule & lifestyle. If you do work in shifts (day & night), your meal plan will be tweaked depending on your nutritional requirements as per the work shifts and the availability and practicality of food choices.

Will exercise advice also be included in the package?

Yes. Your current fitness levels and exercise pattern will be analyzed for any additions/ changes that need to be made. Specific plans, for example exercise prescriptions to be followed at your gym, will be given to you.

What kind of exercise is recommended?

Any form of exercise that challenges you and is an enjoyable experience. It could be strength training, running or Yoga and recreational exercise like dancing, swimming, cycling, etc. You will also be educated on the basics of exercise physiology and bio-mechanics so that you have good fundamentals and can make intelligent choices in the future also.

Results

How soon will I see results?

‘Results’ is an ambiguous term in our dictionary. Just as eating wrong has an immediate effect on the body, so does eating correct. It might not be ab-+le to measure effect reading weighing scale immediately but you will start feeling better, more energetic and experience inch loss within a week or two of following the diet and lifestyle modification.

I have tried a lot of diets in the past, but nothing has worked. How is your program different from other diet programs?

Our ideology is to help you evolve an eating pattern that fits into your work schedule and lifestyle so that there is no question of going "on" or "off" the diet. We work at educating our clients, coaching them to understand their body's requirements and to enable them to get in touch with their digestive system so that eventually they are able to evolve their own eating pattern, overcome the fears & myths associated with certain foods and are able to free themselves from the need to fit into a size or shape. Ours is a 'get fit' or a 'lose fat' program, not a 'weight-loss' one.

I am a non-veg/ pure veg. Will the diet plan accommodate that?

There is no bias towards non-veg or veg diet. The basic idea is to have an eating plan that will stay true to your likes and dislikes and hence is doable.
